The Pre-School is privately run by Nikki Wiseman and she employs a further 5 staff who work together to provide the best possible care in a safe and caring environment.  The practitioners that care for the children are all dedicated to the children and have worked hard to create a home from home environment where children can feel safe and secure.  We also work hard to support families who access the Pre-School and should any support or guidance be needed we will endeavour to try our best to help.  Nikki is responsible for adopting Pre-School policies, managing and employing staff and liaising with Ofsted.  The day to day management of the pre-school is the responsibility of the manager who delegates to the deputy managers when she is absent.  We have highly qualified staff in Early Years Care, Education and Childcare.  All our staff continue to develop their qualifications and we encourage continued professional development.
